1. The intermediary carries out placement of the seller’s goods and/or services and/or promotions and/or offers to the customer and/or various promotions.
2. The buyer/user represents and warrants that the information entered by him/her is his/her own, true and correct and he/she shall be responsible for all consequences, if any, of the error/breach of this warranty.
3. The buyer/user represents and warrants that he/she has the authority to register, enter into this Agreement, enter into further transactions and all relevant documents/permits/rights/licenses and he/she shall be responsible for all consequences of failure/breach of this warranty, if any.
4. The buyer/user declares and guarantees that the rights and freedoms of other persons are not violated by his actions and he is responsible for all the consequences of the error/violation of this guarantee, if any.
5. The buyer/user declares and guarantees that he wants to use the site and/or receive and/or purchase services within the framework of a long-term relationship and for this purpose enters into this transaction and he is responsible for all the consequences of the error/violation of this warranty, if any.
6. The buyer/user declares and guarantees that he is responsible for all his activities carried out with the purchased coupon.
7. The parties agree that it is possible to cancel, change or terminate the promotion posted on the website.
8. The parties agree that the intermediary has the right to make changes to this agreement, which may be notified to the buyer/customer by e-mail.
9. The parties agree that the purchase of the promo code means that the buyer/user has read in detail and agrees to all the terms and conditions of the offer/promotion.
10. The intermediary’s authority is limited to publishing the subject and conditions of the transaction on the site on behalf of the seller, as well as handing over the coupon to the user after the payment of funds.
11. The parties agree that all claims regarding the terms of the offer/item of purchase/service and related matters shall be submitted to the seller. The buyer/consumer declares that it is clearly and unequivocally known to him that the intermediary is not responsible for the fulfillment of the contract by the seller.
12. The buyer/user settles the purchase price of the coupon through a cashless settlement before the intermediary, in accordance with this agreement.
13. In addition to the purchase price of the coupon, the buyer/user shall pay the necessary payment (if any) for the purpose of the service and/or the purchase of the service, in addition to the intermediary, to the seller, through non-cash and/or cash payment, in accordance with this agreement.
14. All related settlement costs shall be borne by the customer/buyer.
15. The refund of the amount paid in the coupon issued by the intermediary to the buyer is made only on the basis of consideration of the claim sent by him to the e-mail indicated on the site and only before the expiry of the coupon and only if the goods do not correspond to the description posted on the site.
16. The company will consider the buyer’s claim, and if it is confirmed, the amount will be returned to the same account with which the coupon was purchased or, at the buyer’s request, to the account requested by him sent to the company’s e-mail.
17. The parties agree that if the coupon has been activated (used) and goods/services have been received by the user from the seller, all claims for the refund of such coupons shall be directed to the seller.
18. The amount is not returned after the end of the campaign.
19. 20. 21. The mentioned data will be stored on the site for the duration of the delivery service.
